I did everything you said deleting user.ltx, compatibility mode 640x480, admin rights but with no success I still have the same error prompt preventing me to enter the game... Of course my GPU is up to date that's a weird error.

First time i run the game, i got an error prompt saying : "Your video card Doesn't meet requirements. Try to lower games settings". But then i cant enter into the game to change the video settings.

I have an Nvidia Geforce GT 635M 2 GB with i can run pretty much any 2013 recent games, I dont know why the game tell me this. Also i'm on windows 8.1 64 bit.

Yeah I forgot to unlock the tier 1 security door in the first place lol... Thanks for the tip.

Same here, i unlocked the safehouse door via a security console but seems it doesn't work...
