There will be a dwarven faction. The ability to create custom settlements like that is rare. Only a few people we know are capable of that, but we'll see.
Red is their motif.
The armor comes from the only real description we have for the armies that the Sons had. I think the actual armor is fine, the metallic red just looks weird bc it has the metallic texture.
Nah, it would be so pixelated on low settings that we play on, that there would be no distinguishing features to recognize it on...except on replays.
It will have a campaign...eventually.
Lol we're not ones to give hard dates for releases...a lot of work yet to do.
Possibly. Graphics aren't detailed enough in game for anyone to notice.
I agree. I like them for the soldiers of the house, with Turgon himself with a circlet.
It's a placeholder for the Uruloki!
It's been awhile
The standard unit will have the emblem, but not Glorfindel. I've requested to have a little more bright flower motif, but we'll see what happens.
His description from the book specifically mentions what kind of helm/circlet he wore. The House that he commands has no such description.
There is a flying system but it is weird. Med2 flying units are counted as cav, so they are killed by stakes even though their model is in the air. Or they can be classed as Elephants, in which case they simply destroy stakes when they are in the air.
Thanks! J has been putting in work along with everyone else lol
Angband will have dragons and a balrog we hope. Sauron's faction will have the werewolves and such.
Big fan of the shields too, with the exception of the Dol Amroth one. But it is still pretty dope lol
I've always liked his story, not necessarily my favorite...but definitely near the top.
These are the Bodyguards of Turin Turambar while in Nargothrond.
WK is great!
Yeah I love this one. Shield is a bit iffy for me, too similar to Dol Amroth, but still it's awesome!
Avari is a very broad term for those that didn't go West. At some point some of them mingled with the Laiquendi in Beleriand and helped formed the Silvan Elves for example. But no, there is no "Avari" faction.
Correct. Mid and High Tiers. Most factions will have 12-15 units so there are a few low tier fodder for Angband left to go.
It became an heirloom, not necessarily their weapon of choice. In either case, haven't gotten to that point
There's no mention of Entwives doing any fighting, so doubt it. We do have Ents though.
Yes, I believe that is what they use.
Or Elves lol
Well he's not in the Silmarillion mod, so it's a non-issue.
As stated in the description, this is simply a clean blank slate. Have no fear, there will be plentiful rivers.
Why would it replace Ar-Pharazon?
