I've played this add-on quite a bit, and have really been enjoying it! I did find one small compatibility issue (almost a visual bug?) whilst running this alongside TerminusEst13's Highway Acceleroid Booster (https://forum.zdoom.org/viewtopic.php?t=66819) in the latest GZDoom version. Your monster add-on runs extremely well alongside Acceleroid, aside from a visual bug that I encountered when using Weapon Slot 6, the Homing Rockets. With both mods running, Weapon 6's missiles have a large white corona around them. This affect seems to compound when multiple homing rockets are present on the screen, which clouds the visibility of enemies / the map. When I run Acceleroid by itself, the Homing Rockets have the correct effect.
