You just need to find your M&B Warband folder, then go to modules and paste "MarchofRome_v0.1" in there.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\MountBlade Warband\Modules"

We are still unsure about elephants, but we got the team working on animations for them. It is planned, should be realeased arround V2 - V3

The bots its something that we are working on atm. it is a pain in the *** to find the correct place to mess with, but it is defenetly something that we are working on!
