There is an upgrade DMUC 5.4.1! but this values haven't been touched by this upgrade - so the issue is the tech tree had been modded to give better balance to the game and the so called steamroll effect (that is when the player get to much money and just makes the game "boring" - as you win by the way) - this effect is pushed further backwards in the years and will not happen after 25 years in the game. To make money some have to adjust now very carefully his economy and army recruiting - just hold you mouse pointer over the tech tree options and you will see what influence this has on your economy - so rushing up in only military techs will probably make you bankrupt!!! as the armies are much more costly than in the ETW Vanilla Game.
To make it short its not a bug - you have to adjust your playing style!!

PhilippinePride - a graphic card may help a little , but ETW game itself is not good coded!! so it is mostly the CPU and here are also only max 2 cores! so quad core also no use! - who is stressed and that is also your problem as with an CPU of 2.0 GHz you will not fly this game - update your rig - its the right time now you never got very good CPU's that cheap , the same with Motherboards and RAM, and Graphic-card - you are able to build a high class rig where you can play every game on ultra settings for 600 USD - if you use your Case - +120 $ for a good Case + 150 4 for a perfect power-supply (if you need more info I may give you just post here!)

Hello thanks that you like the video - the video is out of DM 5.3 and there is no issue at all any more - it had been upgraded to DarthMod Empire Commander 5.4!

Hello I'm arrived to tell everybody to play the real ETW - the real war game - if you want that experience - install DarthMod Empire it will be pointless to resist!! - but you need probably a laptop and the "Sims" for your wife.....as DME is addictive....
