played all campaigns not able to build Asgard satellite unit, what patch am i missing?

which patch always Asgard satellite to be built?

its old question, but installed Stargate EaW - Final 1.3 (Complete version), unable to complete mission 6, build midway station, what patch or task do I need to do?

I figure it out, firewall issue was not letting me download properly, everything works

firefox doesnt even reported it complete, just gives comment above and download failed

also do i need to have last stargate mod installed inorder to install new one?
