16th Century

Mod review

This is my favorite mod. I tried once a few years ago and I thought it was a great idea, but to large to ever get this far. The resources you've combined offer cultural variety beyond any mod, but what amazes me most is the combat. It's so much fun even when you're losing. The blacksmith and barracks thing is something the game desperately needed, so thanks for that.

My problem was with the out of battle game play. There are bugs with the troublesome bandit quests targeting lords attacking farmers or something. This mod could benefit from adding the Diplomacy mod and some village and town quest stuff to keep the player interested. Take a look at what Brytenwalda has added with religion/tavern stuff and things you can do at towns and villages.

Just a suggestion, you might try adding better realistic lord costumes and titles for each country.

Brytenwalda

Mod review

Upon seeing each little new game play and quest change I cheered and jumped in my seat. This mod adds so much more than I could have hoped to combat the dry repetition and locations. Very impressive graphics and overland map. I especially loved having my own lair.

My only problem was the extremely slow pace after the beginning. It took a long time to get any troops and hold on to an army.

A Clash of Kings (Game of Thrones)

Mod review

You have created so many new places and characters without leaving a trace of Calridia; well done! The combat is also crisp and exciting with new sounds and items straight from the Game of Thrones.

I only encountered one bug: troops were getting caught running against trees on the battlefield.

Make that a few more, once I got stuck in the boat while on land around the Iron Isle, but debug got me back, and in some battles all the enemies troops would start shoulder to shoulder with mine. Occasional crashes to desktop.
