I am playing as England but all my units are speaking Spanish. Any way to fix this?

Not sure where to go or post but i could use some help. I run my TATW in my steam but when I start it after adding MOS I get an error saying...

not sure how to fix as G5BAISwitcher.vbs is in my third age 3 folder
the game still attempts to start, reaches loading screen before title cut scene and then crashes back to desktop
