When I get into a battle the skybox looks like a bunch of reflective standing rectangles, did I do this or was it the mod?

I tried loading up my save game and underneath the box it said "Imcomp. File Ver.!" did the mod do this or did I? Previously I had accidentally opened the file using the standard M&B Loader and not WSE, anyways is there a way I could fix this?
