Question: What made you choose this as the Paragon capital ship for the council?
As far as I'm aware, Batarians are not a part of the council, are hostile to the systems alliance, have sanctions imposed on their government by the council, and have mostly isolated themselves from other species.

Yea, the problem is you played the game without reading the readme. The flood are designed to be extremely powerful and require MULTIPLE players being allied to fight them.

While I agree with you 100% on the C&D is childish, you are incorrect about them not losing money. The MERP petition has 30,000+ signatures, if 30,000 people were to download and play this awesome mod that is potentially 30,000 people who won't buy a new LOTR game for $60 that WB comes out with, because they got a mod that is superior to their game for free. They are eliminating the competition.
And while I support MERP, WB is not feeling the pain from the 30,000 people who have signed the petition and pledged to not buy any WB products, The Hobbit broke sales records for LOTR franchise and the sequels are expected to do even better. WB is just full of greedy bastards.

While the USS Vengeance was able to take on the Constitution Class, it is nearly 100 years old in the latest star trek generation. Cannon wise, it would be obliterated by nearly any ship of current generation.

If a Phoenix class ship is that big when being built inside the shipyard won't the Cradle class be way too big and be clipping like crazy?

Or will the cradle appear small when being built and pop out a ginormous model?

If you have trinity then you have entrenchment. Launch using the entrenchment application and it will work.

Covenant have not been released yet.

You need to go into your Sins of a Solar Empire Trinity folder and launch the game using the Entrenchment application. Your Sins folder is located inside Steam/steamapps/common.

Also, do you plan on increasing the raze planet range a little bit? When I jump my siege fleet into a system and right click on a planet the ships are slightly out of range to use raze planet. Unless I remember to move them a tad bit closer they won't use it.

Only two abilities for the Valiant were obtainable for me. The shiva and the evasive maneuver one. I was able to select the other two when upgrading, but after selecting them they did not appear in the abilities bar.

The Halcyon cruiser also didn't have a portrait of itself under the area where you are able to change the name of capital ships/planets/etc.

The Pheonix class capital ship also had a spare ability point when it reached level 10, but was unable to upgrade anymore abilities.

Only played for about an hour, haven't had a chance to play a new game since so don't know if it was just that specific game.

A torrent is just a program used to download a file....you still download it as a .zip file and install it as you would any other .zip file.

Not a part of the Mod team, just basing this off of what I saw on the livestream of Uni vs Canadaman.
Most ships have MACS, damage/range/fire rate depend on ship classification. IE Charon frigates have quick recharge rate, but shorter engagement range and lower damage compared to a Orion capital ship, which have a very large firing range and fire a very powerful round, but have a longer reload time.
Still MACS are inherently powerful, so even a frigate MAC round is not something to take lightly.

There is a entire galaxy of races united and ready to face you.

*On a side note, is that the final texture? It looks kind of low quality compared to the WIP we saw earlier. Or is that just because the game settings aren't on high?

The C&D is valid. While WB does not own the LOTR franchise, it does own the look that it created for the movies (weapons, characters, buildings, weapons, etc.)
All the mod team would have to do to void the C&D by them is to make it so they are not copying the look WB created.

They could still potentially receive a C&D from TE, but I haven't heard of them shutting down mods before.
