You are underestimating other mods. Clearly, you haven't seen all of them.
Do you even know the Team Fortress mod for Quake? The Counter-Strike mod for Half-Life that spawned one of the greatest FPS game ever made? And OTHER superbly great mods?

Don't get me wrong, Payne Evolution is an amazing mod but underestimating other mods like that is just stupid.

Might be a stupid question, but what year/month did you began working on this mod? No, I am not saying that it is taking a long time. I am just curious.

Ah, that's too bad. Fallout 3 is a pretty hard game and V.A.T.S. is very useful.

Well, they are different from different games with better graphics than Max Payne 2 so it's only natural that some of the mods are huge cause of the graphics and textures.
I'm not saying the mod is huge in general gaming, I'm saying it's one of the biggest mods on Max Payne 2.
