Did you do anything special? Because in my gameplay they're still chillin peacefully.

As far as I hace noticed there's only one breaking point in this otherwise beautiful mod and it's the "diplomacy issue" that takes everyone to make peace and never declare war again.

There are a few unbalance issues like Rhun being OP or isengard being weak but that only makes for great scenarios.

So basically just a patch for diplomacy and you have my sword.

I found a few things ingame:

1. Player gets a few sons-im-law by default.
2. Most new NPC appear naked in towns and castles.
3. All the factions in my gameplay can make peace but none has declared war, Kings even lose renown for not respondíng provocations.

Been playing it since yesterday and all I can say is that it's awesome for a Beta. You did a great job man, all of you did.
