A restart of the game handled the issue. I'm on desktop.
Weirdly enough been seeing an issue that I haven't had since the early 2000s which is one model being used as others. Door handles in the Museum being small dinosaurs and the like but also fixed by a restart.

The water effect is a little buggy for me...like when I look slightly away it ***** up a bit...like when you have cable probs with your TV and get those black and white bugs all over...
