I use 1280x1024 4:3,i can set it to use 16:9 with changing it,mazbe that is the problem?

I did a clean install of RC18 Anomaly and installed this mod as i wa supposed to yet i get a crash,here is what it says:

anything i could do? Vega64 on the Anomaly Discord told me that there is nothign wrong with the scopes.xml file

Hey men the mod with the new 3.8 update is really cool but i get horrible download speeds on torrent and i was wondering could you upload this to MEGA? i hate having to download stuff for more than 16 hours

it works with CoP so i think i should work with CoC

sorry for being a dombass but can i please,please for the love of god get a Mega or a .torrent download file? it would take me around 7 hours to download this with my crappy mod.db download speed?
