- download the mod v1.00 and installed it in the folder Civilization IV Complete\Civ4\Beyond the Sword\Mods
- download the newest Patch, extracted and copied it in \Civ4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\Game of Thrones.

for 'GFC error: failed to initialize the primary control theme' problem, you should rename mod name from Game_of_Thrones to Game of Thrones

'GFC error: failed to initialize the primary control theme'

for everyone has this error when loading this mod,you also need

Open the file "Assets\XML\Art\CIV4ArtDefines_Misc.xml" and search for "DEFAULT_THEME_NAME". In the next line, change the "path" to :

<Path>Mods/Game of Thrones/Resource/Civ4.thm</Path>

This problem occur when you don't have Fall From Heaven mod,after this 2 change,problem is solved.

and change all 2
'Fall from Heaven 2' to 'Game of Thrones'
after change ,this file content will like this:
