I just got through FC2 once on normal retail, once on hardcore redux. I messaged bigtinz about the map early in my 2nd time through on redux, because i had the same complaint about the map. its true going from retail to redux map is sort of unsettling. however, after a while I did not mind it at all and I finished the game on hardcore; it was good.

I would like to see the mod crank the graphics to 11 or 12. I did see in the readme file that on PCGW they have script you can add to turn on or off certain visual effects, but i wish it was built in the mod. also i saw in new dunia there is a newer sound engine file that the author said is more advanced than the stock fc2 version, would like to see these improvements as well.

I am getting crashes after loading screens for "new game"
I am running gog version with the patch.dat patch.fat from dx9 and dx10 respectively. The only way I can get the game to load with these files inserted is to turn graphics settings down to lower. when the game starts in this way if i turn graphics up to highest, I get about 10 fps. normally I can run the game at 90fps on higehst settings.

so basically I cannot use your mod.. any ideas? doesnt matter if i used dx9 or dx10 mode.
