try changing the gamemode= to something unique, mymapplswork, then load/reload the client and select the gamemode, it should be the only map in the list

When i launch ra3 via the launcher, it loads the vanilla game and a window pops up saying there is a corona mod launcher error:
msvcr80_set_sse2_enable not in 419304

is it possible to fix it?

Should be fixed for the next patch
Defences are purposely weak to reduce the defender's advantage as well as promoting aggressive play in PvP rather hour long games where the defender is invulnerable. The issue with defences is that if they are overly strong ( and unbalanced, like in MO) they can take out entire armies with little cost to the defending player, which is a situation we want to avoid.

Lots of mods (such as RotE) have recreated or transformed the style of voxels (plus a .vpl change) because the original game's models are outdated and boxy.
otherwise the mod would be called "trash" like a number of the oldest mods on moddb, which are outdated in terms of graphics.
