I can't find the npc sand in any city, even a red matter, they are inactive or something?

Sorry for the inconvenience, but is there any way to add some NPC to the mod? I'd like to have bastards as followers, but I can not even change the names of those already created like **** Crabb, no matter how much I replace the troops' text, I'm still stuck. Thanks in advance

It would be good to help Valarr Blackfyre as a pretender to the throne of pentos, that when he conquers a castle, he has his respective flag as a targaryen bastard.

I'm probably far from the first to do so, but I'd like to suggest that the lords and their holdings of the Telltale GoT Games will be included, as GRRM considers them canon (to the television series universe at least). And also because they are mentioned in the semi-canon; ASoFAI Campaign Guide RPG book, made before the television series. Additionally, in A Song of Fire and Ice, Lady Sybelle Glover enlists scouts from House Forrester to help Stannis.

Honestly I think it'd be quite a nice nod to the game series if the families were given recognition.

- Ironrath and Highpoint could be upgraded to small castles instead of towns (Ironrath could be surrounded by dense forest, Highpoint by barren plains)
- The heraldry which is available for the two families could be included: House Whitehill and House Forrester
- The Forrester family could have Lord Gregor Forrester as an NPC, and in his retinue could be Ser Rodrik Forrester.
- The Whitehill family could have Lord Ludd Whitehill as an NPC and in his retinue could be Ser Gryff Whitehill.
- Ironwood shields (wooden shields with a higher protection value than normal shields) could be included as an item (perhaps as a quest reward?)

If making two new lords would be too taxing on the mod, Lord Gregor Forrester could be added to the House Glover retinue and Lord Ludd Whitehill to the House Bolton retinue.

The animosity between the families could be shown via a short quest, or perhaps Mira Forrester at the court of King's Landing could ask the player to carry a message to her mother, Lady Elissa at Ironrath (since she fears her messages being intercepted by the Lannisters).

To those that haven't played the Telltale game, but love the setting, I wholeheartedly recommend it
