If I remember correctly, you could edit the bot number on Advanced SP Options. However, when I am using it under windows 10, it only launches the game...

I might have mixed my memories about mods and the botchanger thing might be from another mod after all, I'm sorry...

If I am not mistaken, you can launch the game as LAN Multiplayer, with 1 player limit (and 0/1 players to start :P) so you can choose a different number of bots.
I will take a look around and see if I can find a fix for that ;)

EDIT:

I might have found a fix (I do not have time to test it, but I believe it will work):

1. Go to the main mod folder(botmod)/AI and open the file AIDefault with a text editor (I recommend either normal notepad or Notepad++). I suggest you make a copy of the file, in case something goes wrong.

2. Look for "aiSettings.setMaxNBots 85", BELOW all the lines that start with "REM"

3. Change the 85 to whatever number you wish!

4. Have fun bro ;)

I got an idea. One, do something very unusual: A map which is RU vs CN!(yes, I know, OFDR has the idea of RU vs CN, but there is no actual map which is RU x CN)

Second, if you need any help to translate your mod to portuguese, I can help you! I don't know how to mod, but I know how to write XD LOLOL

EDIT: You guys should also make a super CQB map. I played a map sort of CoD-sized in BF2142 (modded) on DETHKLOK and it was AMAZING!
Just be sure NOT to put vehicles on the map LOL
And make the spawn semi-random if possible :)
