This happens when you have too many mods installed.
Try removing other folders from modules, any mod that you don't play anymore or one that is too heavy. Delete them or remove them from the Modules temporarily, then start the game, it should work.

Dwarf models dont seem to work for me, even after i downloaded the quickfix file, they're all buggy for some reason.
