However i'm gonna at least guess that it is 1868 as a start year and probably to 1920 considering that they are going to add the pacification war aswell as others

first they were saying it was 1868-1920 then 1868-1910 and now 1860-1920.So which is it

Although it will go from 1888-1920 to give some perspective from the start and end dates.

first off scramble for the far east mod is already playable and by what it sounds like is already almost done.I could be wrong though

And as for the second part of your question the mod is fall of the dragon empire.it most likely will have new units, a new map and new characters aswell as being able to have both the sino and the russo japanese wars.

it also does say at the very top some of the wars it actually does have.I dont know if it will have the spanish american war though either.
