Is there any sort of estimate to the time it'll be released again?
I am seeing comments from extremely recently asking how to use it and such, so I assume it was recently up.

I'm so excited. I got the game just to use the mod. Though the base game looks intriguing as well. (Still not going to play it until I get a reason, haha.)

Is there anywhere I can get more info on the mod? How to spawn items in and such?

I'm using a cheat menu to access zeus mode in scenarios and I can only spawn in the Hunter Chopper (which I can't enter), APC and armors.
I am unable (as far as I know) to spawn combine soldiers or weapons.
I really want to use the HL2 guns :--(

If you have a side mod installed, you should try verifying the integrity of your game cache through steam.
That's usually what I do when I need to uninstall a mod in order to get another to work. I'm actually trying this right now seeing as I've already had mods installed and this isn't working.
