Mod where literally military owns the zone, right about when u go to the radar and monolith starts to pop up, but still military and bandits is your main occupation, which is something new in shoc and i learned to like it, especially the crazy spawns, maybe pain in the *** at the beginning when u have weak gear but later in the story is really fun. Duty and freedom guys have minimum presence almost non existent.
NPP has changed too also fun to play, just prepare ur self for shotgun action.
AI balance is decent.
didnt like the amount of weight u can carry its just too low for the vast of maps, spawn scripts, useful items u can find.i did some my own tweaks there ;).
VERY STABLE mod, but i did encounter crashes only at the swamps maybe coz i added some new textures i dont know.

And whats with the new quest, the instructions could not be more useless(u can find the key in a house somewhere in dead city, jeez, its like looking needle in the haystack). After spending a few hours looking with no luck i got tired, mybe ill look for it some other time. but i did loot some really nice artifacts from the mercs spawning over and over ;)
Best ShoC mod i have played for a while, GREAT GRAPHICS, SOUNDS, AWESOME AUTUMN atmosphere.
Why giving it an 8, coz of the save game corruption, you cant have more then 5 quests in your PDA including main quests, sometimes even 4 quests are problem. NPP is something else, no matter how far back i go with my game play, inside NPP saves still get corrupted even though i have only 2 main quests in PDA(the sarcophagus and decode the secret door). Was i so unlucky coz i ive seen ppl finishing the game the luxury i didnt have. After choosing not to join with them and continue my game, cant go further or go back, it crashes every time on every loading to the next area. If u fix this save game corruption its a 11 grade mod.
Tacking TZP and Misery mods and all the guys included, from the start of their projects. i have big respect for them and their work, they enjoy and love their work and they are very good at it, i would have given 12 if it was possible :)
