Hopefully my reply function works, thanks
For some reason the reply page on moddb just isn't working for me for some reason, stupid, but here's my reply, Thanks! Hi Colwynn2, sorry for the late reply first off thanks, I've tried using id tech 5 with rage before but to no avail, bfg edition isn't any different in that it's unstable for development. and yes I have tried. good news is I'm building a phantasm in UE4 and it's coming along. not the same but what is . the BFG edition is just not supported. hope you can accept that and find a doom 3 that's compatible. Thanks for writing in , much appreciated!
I'm still working on a UE4 version thanks, so many bugs to fix in UE4
Have a look see at this...
Hi ,It should,it gets launched from the dlc panel when installed.
what are you expecting?
not sure but you can always give it try.
very welcome :)
It's possible of lower quality settings that it uses DDS over .TGA on higher settings, as Ultra uses tga where lower settings use .DDS that could be the difference now that I think about that. be sure to use Ultra as most textures are .TGA and dds are a limited few.
Thanks my friend, very much appreciated!
Hi I'm just reading this now sorry for a late reply, a shared pallete? never heard of anything of the sort, I've never used any. all I can think of is to check your base folder for any clean files or odd mod files that may interfere being on the desktop setup. another thing would be ATI vs. Nvidia video cards, as ati has had some issues with d3. and when textures show up black it's usually a pathing issue with materials, but if it worked on the laptop it should work on the desktop so it's not the mod. let me know how things go please and thanks!
Much appreciated , thanks my friend!
BFG edition is NOT supported, this is for the 2004 doom 3 updated to 1.3.1 edition, thanks!
I'll see what I can put together sometime for that as that could be as interesting as building projects.
Thanks! perhaps a pdf and some vid tuts...I'll consider it.
and see how it goes, as there would be lots to cover and discuss
as well, that would be a big project on it's own. we'll see.

Hi, some help may be in the autoexec.cfg check that for anything you could change to help. and check the doom config.cfg.... also important and this is to everyone! please stop hitting the M key as it disables the AI in enemies.
seems to be a feature that does the opposite of what it's supposed to. as for the exe this is the first I've heard of this. as it does work, but I'm glad you were able to find a solution for it on your game. for the speed control you may have hit the HOME key as that toggels slow motion. as a direct MOD for D3 it works as it should, as for the stand alone it uses an older version of D3. all I can think of for now. hope it all works out and thanks!
D3 BFG is not supported and does not support mods unfortunately, this add on is for the Blade Yautja mod for
DOOM 3 from 2004 patched to 1.3.1
Well crafted and visually stunning, fantastic work!
I would like to build a bit of a continuation in some form and maybe add some other bits as well to make it interesting. Ravager is like a series of shorts to me, so working with that will take some retooling to make a game from that that is fairly decent and playable. I'll have to see how that goes, but for sure I'd like to add more to the mod sometime.
This pack is in the addons download section.
I've posted a preview video here of the work in progress thanks everyone!
no problem it can always be made as a separate mod, for third person or first person. even the weapons too. just take out the main menu gui from the MOD and presto. you should then have predator in DOOM 3, that would be the easiest way and or put the mod in the base folder without the main menu gui and theoretically it should work although I have not tested this, so .....
either or it can always be loaded separately as another different mod for D3.
For something like that all you would need is the player.def file,
the md5 mesh (model) and the textures as well as a materials file and you'd be all set
no dll's required. it's not hard to do it just takes some patience and proper pathing in the files to work.
if I explained it in detail it really is quite simple and easy to do.
Thank You for taking the time to share your thoughts on this project. I truly appreciate it very much... :) I often wonder if anyone really uses the custom tunes feature at all.
DOOMWADSTATION, right on! way cool and Great Thanks!
I get the impression you may be using an ATI video card as I'm running an Nvidia and everything works fine, there is an article which may help address the issues your having here's the link for that here:
I've just checked it and everything is as it should be.
PATCH V5 uploaded
sure now you tell me as I've just uploaded patch V5.
I will look into it. yet please let me know what you find as well, thanks!
