Description
Here's a new building for RA. The energy array (The above image) will be an urban only build, and will generate additional income (Though in universe it would generate power).
It still needs work, as there are a lot of inverted normals, and the animation isn't fluid enough. Why did 3DS Max need a ease in and out. WHY!
