I will be eternally grateful you don't have any actual sway in regards to the creation of mods.

First I would like to thank you for taking the time to make a mod bringing my favourite fantasy world to a game not even out yet. (Here's hoping 2019!) I really only have two questions which are of a very specific nature. Will we possibly be able to play as one of the Nazgul? And if not would it be possible to use their armour and weapons so you can 'RP' as one?
