First off, love the mod, but I haven't played since 3.0 and had a craving for some M&B and no M&B craving is complete without playing ACOK.. that said, a little frustrated at the moment.

Why the hell are the strength requirements on the weapons so high? To use a basic sword I need 12 strength, which isn't possible unless you specifically choose your background to gain the most str/int to be able to equip a weapon. That said, I created my character, got to the ambush and died instantly because I wasn't given a weapon. I'm just wondering why these changes were made - I can't customize how I want to be able to start off if I'm forced into specific background to even be able to play.

Is there any way to remedy this besides cheating? Which I really don't want to have to do.

Thanks for a great mod, appreciate it and keep up the amazing work.

You don't need 3.1 anymore, it contained a virus.

I'm not a modder, but if you need any help with lore or coming up with heroes' names and the like, I've read the Silmarillion a few times and have a copy permanently on my desk next to me, I may be of some use in that regard. I've waited such a long time for a mod like this, it would be a shame if it died out.

Best of luck!

So all these years and I've never felt the need to register to comment on another, but your mod got me really excited, and I was wondering if you'd need any help? I can't mod or write scripts or anything, but I can probably write item/unit tooltips or descriptions for you to get that out of the way so when you're on that stage they're all set to just be put in or something!
