Unreal Engine 1 is magic engine. Look on UE2 and uE3 .. are not magic .. Why Tim Sweeney reworked engine 1? Why Steven Polg reworked AI? I dont understand .. :)

I have one problem, when I turn on Realtime Preview in map, where are Particles for see this effect in 3D is OK. But when I return to TOP or FRONT Editor is very..very slow..

The best preview render has demo Wheel of Time (his ParticleSystem.dll)

Have you tried the projector? It does not work..

SDK will be use only with public headers..(only Rune,Deus ex)
discussion about dynamic shadows isnt benefit for SDK, but..:)

the SDK forum in 2008 you showed projected shadows. Why projected shadows are not now in version 500 in your HUB.Your effect not work without sdkOpengl. New Effects are hardware? How I must have graphics card? OpenGL 2.0 or 3.0 or 1.0? (VooDoo5? .. :) ..)

your SDK is open source. Somebody use for Deus Ex and Rune, where are public headers. Right?

No problem with brush. Problem is sdkrender and sdkopengl. When I put to WOT or UT99 it is ok..slow is under your sdkrender.

Sorry then I am honest. But static mesh isnt interesting, 3d mesh with right import (#exec MESH IMPORT MESH=Orc ANIVFILE=MODELS\Orc_a.3d DATAFILE=MODELS\Orc_d.3d X=0 Y=0 Z=0 MLOD=1 LODSTYLE=650 LODFRAME=20
#exec MESH LODPARAMS MESH=Orc STRENGTH=0 MINVERTS=20 MORPH=0.3 ZDISP=90.0) is OK.

I regret that the 227i is better. No shadows, no transparent reflection texture, no Physics Engine,..agrr..force be with you..6 years for nothink..

Hmm, interesting. It is progress..tutorial map is important. But..agrrr..nothing new of old ut99. Particles is better in your XT system (many many years old). Same particles and effect is better in Wheel of Time, your map is very..very slow against WOT map..understand. One think is new..sun corona..but it has XTsystem. XTsystem was more interesting because was in only unreal script a I could use all unreal game..:)..(deus ex, unreal, rune, X-COM: Enforcer, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: The Fallen)..

Projector does not work..

I think the darklight (subtract light(Undying, Rune, Unreal 227i)) will be better then projector for actor shadow. Because projector not show on floor and wall both. Darklight show good, but must be dynamic and event with nearestlight and actor..:)

Do not think anything bad. I thing, you are only one hope for me and UT99 community. I thing, UT99 must be only one improvement. The same shadows, like Undying, Rune (projected) for LodMesh (3d)(scm(Rune) and ngf(Undying) havent plugin for 3dmax or another 3d program). Even in 2012, hasnt UE1 shadows projected. Quake 1 had stencil shadows before 2000. One problem is, that Tim Sweeney not provided engine.dll. Create shadows for a pawn and be famous and SDK enters Hall of Fame..:)

PM_decal is projectionmetod in properties projector..projector is always in center map..i dont move..i will be send picture..
I do map 14 years, but your actor not intuitive..the best is your first code UT99EP because it haved map..I maked UT99EP for DeusEx..:)..but projected decal cant projected wall and floor together..big problem..:)

I dont understand. I put DynamicFanShadowProjector and projector render on position sdkLevelinfo. When put pmdecal nothing render. When I put sdkshadowbox, box ok, but more me flying render box..ugh..what is it..more people dream about decoration and pawn dynamic shadow..zour video about simple soft shadow is nice, but is no real..?
