Try Vulcan renderer, it runs much faster

Have you tried Tesselation=False as said on the main page of the mod?
They don't have so many formats so basically every game is just a combination of 3 types of DTX formats (1.0 for Shogo and Blood 2, 1.5 for Kiss and 2.0 for everything else) and several similar types of DAT with not so much changes.
Насколько знаю, его рендерер не поддерживает такой метод загрузки текстур, в котором они представлены в моде. В дискорде писали, что вроде были какие-то планы с внешними текстурами, но как-то так всё и заглохло.
В принципе, если найдёшь возможность перепаковать текстуры в готовые архивы Unreal, то он должен их подгрузить. Но я в этом не разбираюсь и честно говоря сейчас времени нет самому посмотреть как это сделать. Хотя сомневаюсь что там прям сложно. Просто взять ucc.exe и запустить по списку файлов.
Я сам сейчас LithTech 1.0 разбираю, делая апскейл Blood 2, и туда очень много времени уходит в связи с некоторыми очень специфическими особенностями движка.

I hope you didn't deleted any of the game preinstalled utx packages?
Simply drag'n'drop. Don't delete anything!
Remove files Textures/Aeons/Icons/Health.dds and Health_Icon.dds
You could also remove Textures/Aeons/HUD/HUD_Numbers.dds
Game treats transparency very strangely
I used UT Package Tool v2.0 beta 5 (UTPT) to unpack textures. I don't need to pack them back cause DX11 supports textures from the dds files
This release replaces Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone ESRGAN menu addon and the first version of this mod
I completed the game and found no issues with the textures.
There are few glitches with transparent arches and webs, BUT: they were in the original game as well, developers wrongfully applied textures to this objects and I can't fix this only by replacing textures

I dunno. For water the game uses wet textures, and I didn't upscale them, cause I don't know how. It's not the texture, but some engine specific animation format
