I remember when i played this back then in 2008, (if memory serves me right) in bunker level there is a big dead mutant lying on a table with a huge blade on his right arm, but i never encounter him in battle.

That is the so-called "Mutant_Screwed" NPC.
I believe you can encounter him in one level with a waterfall and a river, after which Jack finds a wrecked helicopter and a minigun.

man I remember modding this game back in 2004 making small maps and editing the official ones. I was young at the time and scared of the mutants haha

I first played Far Cry in 2008. A friend of mine gave me a DVD.

I wasn't just afraid of the mutants, but also every single enemy. I once opened the editor, but because I never found the manual which came with the Far Cry SDK, I wasn't really able to do anything with it. :/

Then in 2015 or 2016, I got back into it, and thanks to someone on YouTube who made a series of videos (and provided a URL to the manual), I was able to jumpstart learning the editor.

And frankly, it surprises me that people still mod this game, even today.

In case Jack wasnt deadly enough, now he's also using trained trigens!?

For now, yes.

But he's actually going to use monkeys which he freed. They were test subjects which were given only little amounts of mutagen. So yeah, he gets even deadlier. B)

Yep, this is a thing I'm working on.

They will have custom chimp models, and they will follow the player and help him fight enemies. >:)
In the image, I've placed around 8 friendly mutants, and about 100 enemy ones.
Once I have something bigger to show, I might create a mod page.
