Hey guys, just a question. SO I got that immortality quest and I managed to find very quickly two of the artefacts. However, the one that is to be found on water, during rain time, is very elusive. It's been like 10-15 game days since I got the quest and I can't seem to find it. After every emission I wait for the rain to begin, then I check Cordon, Garbage, Agroprom, Yantar, Dark Valley, Army Warehouses, but the Firefly is not present ... Could it be that my saves are bugged or that an NPC has picked it up ??

How do I get to City 32 (Dead City) ? Sakharov mentioned something in Army Warehouses, but I got nothing marked on the map ...

Does anybody know where can I find/buy some medium/long range scopes ? I only have the PSO-1 and an ACOG (found in a stash).

What has to be done to enable addons for other weapons (right now I got a Saiga 12C from a stash, but can't attach anything to it) ? I'm a software developer and I know a little bit of Lua so I could help.

So I found that anomalous engine in the Agroprom Underground, but what do I do with it ? I'm clueless ...

Finally ! Without a doubt, this is the best STALKER mod out there. COngrats to the OGSE team. I've found two canisters of fuel, but I've sold them long time ago (price was too good). Now I need fuel for that small white car to deliver the artefacts to the military, but I can't find anymore canisters in Cordon. Halp please ?!! I've also tried to buy from Sidorovich but it seems he does not sell fuel.

Maybe you can post here the instructions, I'm having the same problem too.

Hi. I'm trying to add some weapons to your mod. Everything works smoothly, except that if I die and have one of the added weapons on me, the game crashes with this error :

So obviously it searches for this weapon's rank but is does not find one (since its a weapon added by me).
Can you tell me what is this rank and where do I set it (I mean the file I need to edit). Thanks.

Is the source code for the configurator utility available by any chance ?

But it doesn't have to be uber powerfull items (like saving Tolik in Cordon and getting a PKM), could be some items like medkits, bandages, vodka, ammo, some medium quality artefacts, stuff like that. Also it would be nice if one could upgrade the night vision devices on the suits (I found a PSZ9D UP, but it has a crappy violet NV, it's almost useless at night).
The turrets at Agropom are making a stealth approach impossible. I've managed to sneak past the soldiers and was about to enter the building unseen, when all the sudden "ratatatata ratatata", bang I'm dead, a damn turret got me. I always liked stealing stuff under the soldiers nose, but now I have to kill them all.

I just love how the bandits curse you with their dying breath (something about one's mother I believe :) ).

PS : why does the game crash if you kill the barman ?

Thanks for the answers. Another question : does the chance to drop a stash has any influence over what one might get from the stash (what I mean is that if you set a lower chance to get a stash - say 15% - 25%, when you get one the quality of items is better then if you were to set a 45% chance) ?
Another question : do the NPC bleed, use bandages/medkits ?
Small suggestion : when you help a stalker (pamaghiche, ctony bouch :) ) it would be nice if he would give something to you (I played a mod, I think it was AMK, were if you rescued somebody they would leave a package at the trader with some random stuff in it).
PS : Filon, are you by any chance of romanian origin ?

Hello. There's a joke that I've heard stalkers saying. It's about a student that has a mathematics exam and (I think) invents some lame excuse about why he couldn't learn. Can someone tell me the whole joke please ? PS : It would be very nice if someone would translate all the stalker jokes and stories, I've always been curious about them :)

This is the best STALKER mod out there. Period. Congrats to the OGSE team. Stupid question : if you rescue the duty guy in Dark Valley, you get a DOCTER sight as a reward. To what weapon can it be attached ?
