I would like to report an issue. While ravaging my way across southeast Asia I found that there is no way to access the Royal Spanish town of Manila. I tried approaching it from different directions on the overland map, but there is an invisible wall that keeps me from nearing the town. I would be grateful to see this resolved. Thank you.
