i really like this mod. the huge tech tree and many units really fit well in the game. the tank battles and wrecks are just awesome. and even spamming shermans can be fun and bring easy victories.
BUT:
could u pls buff the infantry from useless to some use?
i play most of the time PE and do my mechanised panzer IV build supported by halftrucks 20mm.
i loved to play with inf but they are expensive and stand no chance against anything. the game became a huge mortar porno and artillary game.
of course inf in front of a mg is dead meat. but the game lacks total of a fair cover system to compensate that. even in a trench inf losses against tanks mgs mortars.a mg is a weapon to pin down not mow down. its ww2 and not ww1 where everyone charges. if u attack it front and come close ok inf dies. but even when inf comes to the edge of the range of the mg they instantly loose half squad.
the game is too small to make it so realistic that an mg kills everything. fun thing a jeep comes along and easily kills the mg or inf.
its simply no fun to use infantry due to the fact that vehicles and mg are too strong and inf too expensive.
in battle of the bulge mgs are good too but in a trench or digged in inf has makes a good opponent even for tanks and has a fair chance of survival.
pls buff it!!!
and make the mortars more expensive asswell as more inaccurate.
and stop the ai from spamming too many.
would be really nice if u would do a blitzkriegmod submod with advanced inf so the normal blitzkrieg players can try it first and still could play the orignal one.
