Oh yeah, Can't believe I missed that. Though I didn't make the texture nor the model. Nevertheless it still works very well when you now what I know about the storyline. Also about the size, I know it is more square than it should be though me, and the rest of the team like it. And Ed outhas enough work on his plate to edit the mesh and UVW's of it because it is a bit too short.
All in all, I'm glad you pointed it out! I'd never have noticed. Anyway, back to work! :D
It is the same British flag as we use today. Just with black instead of blue to fit Rouge's visual style.
We aren't using the older British flag. The Union Flag has been the British flag since before WWII and it still is today. It may look a bit weird though because the blue on the flag has been changed to black to fit the rest of the game.
In due time my good sir! When we are completely happy with the first part a short gameplay video will be made, I'm just waiting on some work from Ed our 3D artist.
Good to see you update the page! :D
Thanks, this is exactly what we were going for. This board in particular is for the tutorial level - though I can say with some degree of certainty that the same idea will be used in other levels.
It is comments like that that make me a very happy developer, however, part of the way we develop is to keep the public updated as often as we can to ensure there are no issues that the community have with the game.
Community is everything when it comes to us developing. So I thought I'd explain why we haven't updated. Also: "they suck compared to you guys" made my day!
Glad you are following the game!
Is is me or is this picture taken in an NPC village?
It is mostly just compared to the re-made versions of the levels, not other games in general. :P
Glad you like it!
It is nice idea! We'll certainly take it into consideration!
Looks nice! Should be good when it's done, I'll defiantly have a whirl.
