This is fantastic! It's the Half-Life Source how I always remembered it:)

The one issue that I can seem to find presently is that there is a one-second delay for much of the ingame audio, specifically when the player is walking, firing weapons, selecting weapons and activiating the flashlight---even the menu select sounds have this syncing issue. Is this something that is fixable on my end? Just curious to know.

I seem to be unable to play it. I put it in sourcemods and installed the necessary source sdk but it crashes before it can get to the menus screen. Any suggestions? Thank you.
