The panther as it was powerful, well armoured and the fastest of all the medium/heavy tanks in WW2. It was also with out doubt the best medium tank of the war outclassing its closest rivals the T34/85 and the later shermans. at MCh the KwK 36 was also the earliest german anti tank gun mentioned and is better against infntry and could still pierce most tanks e.g. the sherman, t34s.

I agree with you, if I had to choose between the t34 and panther, choose the panther, has more shielding (more than the tiger tank), a cannon 75mm high power, and mobility is good
