For everyone that likes Warhammer 40k Tabletop and Dawn of War Games or anything to do with Warhammer 40K.
Found this in a a forum. The fluff behind this is that they are a branch of the Alpha Legion active in the Eastern Fringe thus adopting some tau tech to enhance the Astartes armour
not "chaotic" enuff for alpha legion
Maybe he's one of those who still follow the legions true goals? ;) [everything they do they do for the betterment of the Imperium]
Isn't the AL the Screw Chaos "traitors" ?
It's complicated.
I've seen that chestplate somewhere. I can't quite put my finger on it....
Reminds me a bit of the Terran one in Starcraft 2
I think it is,the forum poster did a quick photoshop job
chestplate looks like its from gears of war
Guess there's also a bit of iron man & gears of war COGarmour in it
i know it's 40K, but this looks too futuristic..
Very sexy marine) i want him ;) ;)
It's Heresy!
NOOO NO NO NO.
That will not do in 40k. that looks like one of Ironman's rejected designs.
it looks a bit vanu sovereignty-ish
Adopted Tau tech ehh? That's some pure 24 carat Heresy right there!
The Alpha legion's goal in the Heresy was the Imperium's victory , because their Primarch had a vision ...
THe ppoint is that they didn't fled in to the Eye and some did after all fall to chaos because the Imperrium didn't acept them .
It looks alright, but I still like the armour I'm used to seeing all the time. Warhammer 40k space marines look like warhammer 40k space marines. They don't look like anyone else.
its mashup of ironman and gear wars shest plate
Does not look like 40k at all.
That might be pretty cool, but I can imagine the shoulder pads and backpack "transforming" into a streamlined jump-pack
given the current status of the technology the imperium has, i think that's too hi tech.
Star craft+Warhammer= Heresy!!!!
