Description
Although the wolves' flag looks like a combination of the Nazi flag and the flag of Oceania from 1984, I assume they are a republic because, the animation is North Korean and, North Korea hates democracy so, their shows are not going to be a western cliche of, defender of democracy hero vs evil Nazi or fascist like ruler. The United Wolf Republic is a federal republic but, is authoritarian like, Russia.

Your description is wrong on another level, the DPRK doesnt hate democracy, they embrace it, the US is a fake democracy, at the service of the big capitalists. The DPRK, on the other hand, is a true democracy, based on worker's control of the means of production and abolishion of all hierarchy and social classes
