Squirrel and Hedgehog is a North Korean animation set on Corneria approximately 400 years before the Lylat Wars, in a conflict between Flower Hill Top, the Weasel Empire and their ally, the United Wolf Republic.
I have never seen the official flag of the Weasel Empire in any of the Squirrel and Hedgehog episodes but, I did see a yellow shape that looks like a rectangle with two right triangles on top, on uniforms and vehicles. But, that yellow shape could be just a military insignia like, the Red Star for the Russian army and the Iron cross for the German army. I also seen an orange flag with a Weasel's face on it but, I thought it would be ridiculous for a country to have a random person's face on it's flag. This is my interpretation of what the Weasel's flag might look like. Since I'm not a good artist, the design of the flag is rather simplistic.
Most people say that the Weasels are based on the Japanese but, I'm not quite sure of that. They could be based on the British or, maybe they are completely original.

They are based on the Japanese. Remember this series shows the War of Liberation of the Fatherland and the War of the Independence, it has metaphors for both really. The Japanese Empire was brutal, and the DPRK will never forget their colonial rule
