Description

Flower Hill Top's flag is the most difficult to draw and, by the looks of it I still need more practice. The flag of Flower Hill Top basically looks like the flag of Libya under Gaddafi with... a flower on it. The funny thing is, the creators of this cartoon were more creative with flags than, the people who came up with the flag for the Libyan Jamahiriya.
