"RESIST THE CALL" This fan group is based around the brilliant psychological horror series "SIREN", from Keiichiro Toyama, the creator of silent hill.
Siren series is based around a remote mountain village "Hanuda", which is described as being very traditional and particularly exclusive society. The series sets itself around a parasitic lifeform which curses the village and bring the dead back to life as invincible walking corpses called the Shibito. The village is plagued every night by a sinister sound, The Siren... Resist the Call.
In 2006 to coincide with the release of Forbidden Siren 2, A movie based around the second game was released, The film was called Forbidden Siren AKA Sairen
