Description

So since I am interested in WW2 and WW1 prototype weapons I would like to share some of them with you.
This is Czechoslovakian "assault rifle" ZK-412 shooting intermediate cartridge "8mm rapid"
Forum.valka.cz
from left to right:
7.92x33 kurz, 8mm rapid, 7.62x39

Project started in 1939 and the rifle was introduced in 1942. The gun uses rotating bolt like the AK and 30 round detachable magazine. Some claim that it was tested on eastern front but that's unconfirmed.
