Is the AC freezer any good, I was going to get one, but heard bad things of it in reviews, but judging by your slight OC, i'm guessing it go's well enough...

Also, if your looking at a new GPU later on, I would make sure your PSU can handle it, it's better to have overkill then a fried computer ;)

But before that, if you want more speed, definantly get an SSD, I was hesitant on getting one for my PC, but when I did, it was the best thing I ever got for it, could never go back, my PC boots to the desktop before I can pull-up my chair and sit...

Just idea's.

The cooler is very good!

Q6600 2,4Ghz with boxed 50°-80° (prime around 95° after 10sec)
Q6600 3,2Ghz with freezer 25°-62° (62° was reached only in prime)

My i5-2500k goes in prime never over 55°
@ idle 25°-35°
@ gaming around 35°-45°

So I can only recommend it :D
Sandy Bridge performance is just awesome :)

About SSDs, yeah I thought alot about it, maybe I get one with my new GPU at the end of the year.

What are good write/read speeds for SSDs?
About 500mbs or more?

Depends on what SATA interface your mainboard has, if you have SATA 3 like I do, then aprox ~250mbp/s will be your limit, which is still around 3 times faster then a HDD, but if you have SATA 6, you will get much more.

500mbp/s is really good for an SSD, but there are a few other things to consider, like IOPS and random read/write speeds, also if the drive has TRIM support, which most do.

I got a Corsair Force GT, and even with the bottleneck, it's fast :)

Are the SATA 6 this one on my extreme3?

1x eSATA 6Gb/s (shared)
2x SATA 6Gb/s RAID 0/1/5/10 (Z68)

Could you clear that up?

Are you asking if your ASrock Extreme3 board has SATA3 (6gb/s)?
Oh sorry, I said SATA6 in my last comment, I meant SATA3 6gb/s.

SATA3 run's at 6gb/s, which is the latest technology, your board has that.
