How is this pro-atheist? This is stating that atheists believe themselves (and the universe) to be accidental and coincidences which is entirely what atheism teaches. I have actually been over this ground before when debating against the atheism theory so I don't know where you've got your false idea from.
And considering atheists complained when this was on a billboard for a church, yeah, I don't really think it is pro-atheist.
