Description
Done as a semester-long project focusing on all facets of animation production. It follows the story of a rather large Space Cadet and his seemingly junk robot friend in their quest to become full-fledged Space Marines.

watch the camera orientation during flythroughs, i can see how the jerky effect was intentional, however, try to keep the camera centered and pointing in the direction of movement, especially in the hallway
it was very well done though... must have taken forever to render though
It took about an average of 2 minutes per frame, which is not too bad considering we took over a couple of labs in the University to render it out (had over 60 machines chugging at it). We were also rendering 3 passes (beauty, luminence depth for post DOF, and a glow pass), but the luminence depth wasn't complete in time for the deadline.
Aye about that camera. That was a last minute screw-up by me. I accidentally moved the camera (I didn't lock the values like I should have), and so it followed on the path at a weird angle. We should have that and a few other nuances fixed up before we submit it to a few film festivals.
