Hi sorry if this is the wrong p;lace but it is a general question not related to the game :), its just well along side me buying lots of indie games and having a blast well I have spent afew years just getting to grips with the modular aspects of a roguelike in differant testbed programs ie A star pathfinding, procedural generation of dungeons, well I actually have the procedural dungeons creating and all the doorlinks however the last time I came to do game sounds I did my own and well they sounded like a bad skype call in game, they just sound out of place, however I was listening to your game sounds and they sound like they are comming from the respective items in game ie creating immersion, now sure people have said get a more expensive MIC or put a towel over it but I have done all this, to me theres something else Im missing out thats essential when creating sounds . Any thoughts ? (just looking for some inspiration so I can redo a half botched a star algorithm I started, tommorow

Thanks :)
