Replaced Darkstorm for a new Nightcall spell (Dark Citadel effect) due to weather bonus/penalty changes.
Is Darkstorm still available as a Necromancy spell?
I hope it is, Darkstorm is just a really cool spell.
yes, darkstorm spell is available for the hero alone: Storms start at level 2 and go stronger with more levels - units are differently affected by rain(s) and thunders now.
