Lookout guys, we have ourselves a new DayZ! Holy ****, look at that interactivity! Those graphics look damn slick, and the and the main character's design is genius.

Actually, DayZ ITSELF (as a mod) is very, very simple. It simply takes the vast content of ARMA II and switches it around with new scripts, but with an idea that had already been established. In terms of DESIGN, DayZ introduced very little. It simply uses ARMA II.
Seriously though, I'm afraid you'll need to get your eyes checked. You know, so you can actually read descriptions, and therefore understand that it's for KIDS.
Don't be rude. It's obviously designed for children and there is nothing wrong with that. If it's not your style game that's fine but there's no need for snide sarcasm.
Not every game is meant to be DayZ and not everyone is interested in playing DayZ. Your preferences are not the preferences of the entire world.
