'For every Windows 7 user who's having trouble installing the update
for Battle of Endor and Battle of Yavin, this is how you can solve it.
As you all know, Windows 7 has 2 Program Files: Program Files (Where all
normal files go) and Program Files (x86) (In this location, the files
that require a 32-bit program, go in here)
When installing the update in the Program Files
(x86)/StarWars_BattleOf***_v**, the program installs all files there and
it doesn't seem that there is a problem.
But there's actually a problem.
Now, I checked an X file containing
all data of a ship, the textures are targeting C:\Program
Files\StarWars_BattleOf***_v** even when the game is installed in
C:\Program Files (x86)\StarWars_BattleOf***_v** (That's mainly because I
think that the creator of these updates doesn't have Windows7)
So for all you windows 7 users out there, just install the game into
your normal C:\Program Files. It will solve all the problems and you
can play the game just fine

Hi, I am not sure if this is the right place to post this. Tried contacting Mr Marcos but his website seems to be 'closed'.
I am in the process of remaking this game in open-source format (C#, TrueVision 6.5 engine), with the expectation of expanding the capabilities and features of this game.
This remake is currently in an early pre-alpha stage, and I have paused development for the moment to concentrate on other projects, but I believe you might have some fun with it (Battle of Endor / Battle of Yavin is mostly playable).

To play, perform the following:
- Download the package in the GitHub repository.
- Unzip the contents into a folder of your choice
- And run SWEndor.exe.

I was so excited to see that someone had taken the time to develop an updated version of this game. I loved it when i first discovered the game so long ago and was sad when I was forced to upgrade computers several years ago and it was no longer compatible. Unfortunately, I am unable to get your version to work. I get this error message:

I love this mod... But what ruins it for me is that awful X-Wing laser sound effect that drowns out all other sound effects and music, after about 2 minutes playing I have a headache. Is there anyway to sort this out? I've looked in the Sound folder and it's not there :(
I want to translate the game to Spanish, ¿where is the text file?
I'm afraid that would be really hard since there isn't a text file you can just edit.
