Hello everyone,
It's been a while since our most recent update. We regret that we had to temporarily abandon the game. It wasn't feasible in a reasonable timeframe. But instead of throwing all our work away, we released the sourcecode. We like to see a game like this become a reality, and releasing the sourcecode will provide an excellent headstart (or at the very least a source for inspiration) for any developers wishing to finish this game.
About our newest project: We've finally set on a name for the game... Remnants of the Past. The game will have influences from Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri, Emperor of the Fading Suns, Supreme Commander and Hearts of Iron 3. The storyline isn't so detailed yet, but the game concept does already look quite solid. I'm currently in the process of writing it in a text document, to use as a design document for the game. This game will have kind of the same adience. The game focuses on managing resources and warfare on an epic scale. If you read the concept, the influences from the other games become clearly visible. So yeah, feel free to give feedback on the game and let me know how you like it!

We'll be refining the storyline later on :) Currently, it's all about getting the game development going again.
